The terms “Services” and “Games”, as used on this page, have the same definitions as in our Privacy Notice.
Advertising. We work with a number of advertising partners to show third-party ads in our Games or to show our own ads outside of our Services. These advertising partners may collect or receive data from us or our Games, including through the use of cookies, web beacons, or other storage technologies. The advertising partners listed below process the data they collect or receive independently of us for the purposes specified in their respective privacy policies (e.g. ad measurement or personalization).

Facebook Technology. Our Games use technology such as software development kits (SDKs) provided by Facebook, and we may share data regarding your actions in our Games with Facebook Ireland Limited (“Facebook Ireland”) to enable them to provide services to us. In relation to the collection and transmission of that data to Facebook Ireland, we are joint controllers with Facebook Ireland and have entered into an agreement with them to determine each of our respective obligations with regard to the joint processing. After the data has been transmitted to Facebook Ireland, they control and use the data independently. We have agreed to provide you with the information in this and the preceding paragraph. Facebook Ireland has agreed to be responsible for enabling you to exercise your rights under Articles 15 to 20 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation – namely, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability – with regard to the data stored by Facebook Ireland following its transmission to them from our Games. More information on how Facebook Ireland may process your data, and how to exercise your rights against them, can be found in their Data Policy.
